3. Ordering Products
When you place an order for a product on ambercrest.sbs, you agree to purchase the product for the price advertised on the website at the time of purchase, plus any applicable taxes in €. All orders are subject to acceptance by AmberCrest and availability of the ordered product.
4. Payment and Prices
The prices for products on ambercrest.sbs are in € and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you a confirmation. Payment must be made by a credit or debit card accepted by AmberCrest.
5. Delivery
AmberCrest will deliver the ordered products to the address you provide in Rome, Italy. The estimated delivery time and cost will be stated in your order confirmation. We do our best to meet delivery estimates, but we cannot guarantee them.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your order within one hour of placing it without incurring any penalty. After the cancellation period, we may not be able to cancel your order. If you receive a product that is defective or incorrect, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement product. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AmberCrest, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the website.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
AmberCrest reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
