'AmberCrest' originated from a vision to introduce authentic Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The Rossi family founded our small, familial pizzeria in 1985, utilizing recipes passed down for generations.
Our founder, Marco Rossi, acquired her pizza-crafting skills during her Italian sojourn, particularly in Naples – the cradle of pizza. Upon her return to the UK, her goal was to replicate the essence of true Italian pizza, employing age-old techniques and the finest of ingredients.
Our once humble 12-seat eatery has flourished into a treasured community fixture, yet our dedication to supreme quality and genuine practices remains intact. We continue to honor the traditional wood-fired oven methods, craft our dough from scratch each day, and choose only the most exceptional ingredients available.
Today, 'AmberCrest' is still in the hands of its founding family, with the Rossi's second generation at the helm, continuing to guide our team with the same fervor. Even as we integrate modern conveniences, we have maintained the core of our mission: to serve delectable, authentic pizza that unites our customers.
