Order Cancellation

Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

Quality Concerns

However, if the food you received did not meet our high standards or if you are dissatisfied with the quality, please get in touch with us within 2 hours of your meal's delivery. In such an event, we may require the return of the item in question for inspection. Refunds for quality concerns will be issued at AmberCrest's discretion and may be partial or full, depending on the situation.
Refund Processing

Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer. Refunds issued to a bank account or payment wallet will usually reflect within 3-5 business days.
